This service is for Windows and Linux customers; it does not include web solution work such as DB design or content/source modifications.
Additional charges apply for migrating existing data or restoring the prior environment after an OS reinstall (separate consultation required).
Web hosting servers are excluded from management scope (separate consultation required).
The base contract term is 3 months. (Setup fee is waived with a 1-year contract; early termination incurs the setup fee as a penalty.)
Items marked 'on request' are only carried out when the customer directly requests them from the operations team.
Under the free tier, 'DNS setup & management' is free for up to 3 domains.
Security-related services are only installed upon the customer's separate installation request.
